Brand Designer Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative design process and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints Design and present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.

Design engaging and high-quality graphics for our website, social media ads, and other marketing materials Create visually appealing infographics to communicate complex information in a simple and accessible manner Build and lead our production design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers Design landing pages and web experiences that are optimized for user engagement and conversion Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience as a brand designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and abilities. Strong understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and typography.

Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) 2+ years' experience designing websites and web experiences.
(Webflow experience preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
