Sales Manager

About Us:

Global Art Exports is a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality, artistic furniture. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Furniture Sales Manager to drive sales and create an exceptional experience for our customers at our retail showroom.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily sales operations of our retail showroom and ensure exceptional service to all customers.
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and training to meet and exceed these targets.
• Develop strategies to attract, retain and satisfy customers, thereby driving showroom sales.
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right furniture items to meet those needs.
• Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the store manager and other staff to ensure proper inventory levels and product displays.
• Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance and discuss sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Stay current with the latest trends in the furniture industry to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture retail industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software.
• Ability to manage, guide, and inspire a sales team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the furniture market, customer needs, and industry trends.

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
