Summary

The Sales Operations Support Leader will Head , Build & Lead the Sales Operations Function for the Organisation. The Individual will work closely with the CXO's , Business Leaders & Sales Team Globally. Help understand current future tends for the sales function. Support the Sales Team to be able to deliver the results effectively.

Job Description
• Provide data and guides to help the sales leadership teams
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Keep record of sales trends by units / teams/ regions etc.
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with new offerings and ensure sales team is on board

Preferred Candidate
• Incumbent who is currently working in BPO/ITeS industry
• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist / Leader
• Hands on experience with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Should have managed Teams.
• Team working skills are critical
