Jr| Digital Marketing Executive

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be a crucial part of our team, helping to drive our digital presence and reach. This role will allow you to work cross-functionally, utilizing various digital platforms to enhance our brand's influence, promote our services, and amplify our voice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Curate, create, and manage posts and respond to followers. Your mission is to engage our audience and foster a strong online community. You will bring Lyra's premium services to life with compelling visual storytelling on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

2. Advertising: Oversee our online advertising efforts, including managing Google and social media ad campaigns. This will involve designing creative and impactful ads, setting up campaigns, optimizing performance, and tracking and analyzing results.

3. SEO: Help optimize our online content and website to ensure high search engine rankings. This includes keyword research, SEO audits, and linking strategies.

4. Website Development: Work with the team to ensure our website provides an exceptional user experience, represents our brand effectively, and contributes to our overall marketing and business goals. You will assist in updating site content, maintaining site health, and ensuring the site is fully optimized for SEO.

5. Analytics: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, drawing insights, and making strategic recommendations to improve our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.

3. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Familiarity with SEO best practices.

5. Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and ad managers.

6. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

7. Strong creative skills and an eye for aesthetics.

8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
