Business Systems Analyst 5

Job Responsibilities
• Works closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs to determine the best technology solution
• Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution
• Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. and Supplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing, Capacity availability, Constraints, etc.
• Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
• Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Technology, Operations or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP) with more focus on MM and supplier collaboration tools
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and Non SAP systems like No code /Zero code kind of applications
• Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that includes: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform
• Cross functional knowledge in SAP - WM,SD and Finance.
• Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus
