Field Executive

Brick & bolt. They are looking for Lead generation Executives. Below is the JD and salary details.

The Primary Responsibility of these Executives are :

1) Go to the upcoming construction sites ( in & around city)

2) Generate leads by talking to site owners, Associations, etc

3) Transfer these numbers to the IS team for conversion ( 5 leads per day)

4) Will need to convert 1 Lead into sales per week ( Incentives : 5000 Rs for every conversion)

Requirement :

10+2 or graduates can apply ( Freshers also)

willing to travel across the city & outskirts ( arond 50-70 kms per day)

should have a bike/moped

Average communication, must be able to converse with the local crowd & site owners.

should have the zeal to travel & sell

good english and tamil

Salary 18000-20000 per month + travel Allowance. Incentives are based on conversions, they will get paid out for every conversion ( 5000 per conversion)

Salary: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
