Student Intern

We are currently looking for a management trainee who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

You will be required to gain comprehensive understanding of our company's operations and functions, while providing support to the management team through various daily tasks such as document handling, creation of reports and administrative support. Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills are essential qualifications for success in this role as a management trainee.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide support to the senior management team.

· Help managers complete daily tasks.

· Learn, Analyse and Improve the organization process for better results.

· Communicate effectively with all team members, key stakeholders and clients.

· Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) daily processes and goals.

· Participating in meetings, events, and other learning opportunities.

· Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers and other colleagues.

· Provide administrative support

· Create and give presentations

Experience and Must Have skills:

· Excellent command over spoken English.

· MS office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Should have high levels of energy and be self-motivated, with a strong sense of integrity and work ethic.

· A degree in Management or Business

· Excellent math and computational ability

· Eye to detail

· Observation skills

· Should be comfortable opening conversations with senior executives at large corporations.
