• Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
1 Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
2 Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff,
3 Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
4 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
5 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
6 Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
7 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
8 Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
+ Responsible for store cash and shrinkage
