Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and more. You will also analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring engagement metrics, and driving follower growth.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote company offerings.
• Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and infographics.
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
