Job Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
• Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
• Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Should be residing in Ahmedabad
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command over English Language
• Must be Graduate (Persuing not allowed)

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
Up to ₹33,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift
• US shift
