Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

As a member of the HR Team, you will be using your strategic thinking, effective communication, and relationship management skills to drive strategic people- business initiatives and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand business strategies to develop and implement people’s priorities including talent attraction, organizational change, development, engagement and retention.
• Design and deliver solutions to people’s challenges, ensuring alignment with the organizational priorities.
• Analyze data, build insights, and recommendations to drive people decisions.
• To help embed Acme’s culture code into various HR processes and people’s actions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned businesses
• Strong expertise in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and other talent acquisition partners.
• Other Skills:
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-level role, with a focus on vendor management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
