Job Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies for all marketing-related areas, including brand, PR, communications, social media, digital, and content
• Develop a strategy and Implement PR and brand messaging on offline and online platforms
• Effectively work with program leads to advance programmatic objectives through marketing, and collaborate with the leadership group to determine the organization's overall strategy and direction
• Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish marketing goals and produce content for promotional materials (brochures, videos, presentations)
• Coordinating with and managing agency partners
• Establish connections with current and prospective partners; coordinating and managing several projects at once in a highly cross-functional setting
• Interact with the executive team when necessary to achieve the organization's strategic goals
• Create marketing presentations for stakeholders and developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
• Directing, creating, managing and reviewing content for social media and digital strategy; ensuring effective execution and review
• Assisting in the organization's large event planning and coordination
• Responsible for leveraging the content to help the company in generating leads
• Effectively manage marketing budgets and produce the highest ROIs
• Create a marketing team and act as the company's marketing ambassador
• Create a solid marketing infrastructure by utilizing data, technology, and processes
Job Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in marketing role, prior experience of leading marketing function is preferred
• Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Knowledge on the newest trends, practices, and marketing tools
• Ability to prepare management reports and presentation for the Marketing function and keep track of all relevant data on marketing execution
• Experience in coordinating and closely working with agencies.
• Experience in creating presentations and writing content for collateral
• Experience in managing websites and social media handles (including Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, a willingness to actively network and build partnerships, and strong execution skills
• Excellent Communication skills; Both oral and written
