Salary Package : 2.4 LPA for experienced (Min 1 Year relevant experience on papers)

Quarterly Incentives upto 4k

Roles and Responsibilities-

Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution

Identify customer needs

Maintain quality communication

Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance

Inform customers about new features and functionalities

Gather customer feedback and share with respective team

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,300.00 per month
