Accountant | Taxation | CA|CPA

We are currently looking for a Accountant and with at least 4-7 years previous CA or CPA Firm experience to join our Ahmadabad Office team! We are a USA based CPA firm based in Greensboro NC, USA with two small offices in North Carolina ,New Jersey and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the experience and ability to interact with our client and staff. We are looking for someone to fill a full time position in our Ahmedabad Office, Remote employees please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

Perform monthly and quarterly bookkeeping functions for our clients.
Prepare monthly sales tax, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
Prepare compiled financial statements.
Prepare Individual and Business Tax Returns.
Provide Administrative assistance to partners and other staff.
Responsible to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one.
Manages a team of 10-15 Members
Researches and investigates (Checks with the Client) where necessary, to gather information to respond to customer inquiries.
Responsible for his/her team performance and contribution to the program stats.
Identify and coach non performing Members of the Team, also identify potential leaders within the team and groom them accordingly.
Mark attendance for the team, approve leaves, schedule transport and handle escalations when required.
Qualifications:

2-5 years previous experience in a CA or CPA Firm environment.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, online and desktop versions.
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including word and excel.
Detail and deadline-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ready to take more challenging work
M.com/CA/CPA with similar experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
