Responsibilities:

•Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

•Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

•Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

•Formulate strategic and operational objectives

•Manage budgets and forecasts

•Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

•Recruit, train and supervise staff

•Find ways to increase quality of customer service

•Set up review mechanism and governance for the team

• Stakeholder management

•Drive effectiveness and efficiency projects

•MIS and Reporting

•Drive discipline on the floor

Have regular reviews with the teams and management

Skillset:

•Minimum Qualification – Graduate

•Aviation Experience is an added advantage

•Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role – Experience 12+ years

•Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations manager

•Experience budgeting and forecasting

•Familiar with business and financial principles

•Excellent communication and analytical skills

•Leadership ability

•Outstanding organizational skills

•Should be flexible with 24/7 working environment
