JOB DESCRIPTION

Nature – International voice / blended campaign

Working culture – 5 days working with 2 split week offs.

Shift – Rotational shift (Majorly night shifts)

Location – Jaipur

Designation – Customer Service Executive

Industry – Technical Support

Skillset – Fresher/Experience

Qualification – Graduation Mandatory / HSC + 3 yrs Diploma in any field

Salary – 26k to 34k including Performance Linked Incentives [PLI]

Accommodation – 15 days (For outstation candidates)

Relocation bonus up to 10k (Depends on distance & only for those who are relocating from different state)

Requirements:

Good in communication, candidates with experience in customer service, managing international customers, should have basic technical knowledge of computer applications, candidate with a computer tech background, Technical support. Immediate Joiners

(Temporary work from home for initial 15 days)

The candidates will be required to Work from Home for the initial 15 days approximately, hence will be required to have a system as mentioned below for this time period. As per the business requirement,

should be available to re-locate to site within 48 hrs.

Candidate must have Laptop/Desktop with below configuration

1. 4GB RAM

2. Windows 10

3. I3 & above processor

4. Stable BB or Wi-Fi Connection.
