Practicing Chartered Accountant

• Coordinate with internal auditor for timely completion of audit and submission of report
• Coordinating with accounts team for reply to internal audit
• Close internal audit report after incorporating accounts, operation and statutory Deptt reply and submit to management for review
• Coordinating physical audits and close as per the process mentioned for accounts and finance audit
• Reporting to management for continuous default on the part of particular dept or employee
• Ensure that any changes suggested by the auditor are implemented across all companies.
• To attend all internal audit related discussion
• Conduct audit review meeting with management
• Co-ordinating with auditor of Kolkata & Guwahati
• Scheduling Audit for Kolkata & Guwahati
• Analysing Audit report of Auditor
• Closure of Audit Report
• Maintaining Audit Calender
• Represent in court on behalf of Group Companies in cases of Legal Cases as and when required
• Conduct physical audit in the group of companies and submit timely report of the same to the management
• Income Tax Filing
• Tax Audit Fill up
• Response against Income tax notice of our group companies
• GST 2B Checking, follow up with the party for Input Reconciliation
• RCM Checking, Accounts Checking regarding, GST queries documents preparation, visit to GST office withas and when required
• Checking TDS & TCS Reconciliation;
• Proper checking TDS & TCS Entry,
• Reconciliation 1+4Q TDS on each dealership
• Documents preparation regarding TDS & TCS query

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
