Database Administrator | MySQL|PostgreSQL

Job Description :
• 10+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years relevant experience as Manager
• Subject matter expert (SME) for at least two DB technology (Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL/Postgres/Mongo DB)
• Experience with Migrations, clustering, scaling, backups and remote disaster recovery
• Having worked on any of the cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating L2, L3 team members.
• Work with team to develop SOP/Best practices/White Papers/Automations
• Contribute to productized service offering
• Optimize resource utilization
• Maintain shift\On-call roster.
• Maintain team management plan to access the skill matrix of team members.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Manage leaves and attendance of team.
• Maintain the attrition.
• Work effectively with the clients, users, Peers and senior managers
• Constant focus on proactive process improvement, problem management and automation
• Providing timely feedback to team members
• Maintain good customer satisfaction surveys.
• Participate in the account audits as required.
• Process & Documents standardization
• Reporting\Ticket Analysis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
• Risk assessment, mitigation & maintain the records.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Participate in customer meetings for escalated issues to provide faster resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Should have worked on solutioning, RFPs, SOWs.
