We are looking for customer support executive who can interact with customers and addresses their concerns answer their questions and assist them with their needs.

Roles And Responsibilities :
• Listen to customer concerns, issues and questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and answer customer questions to your best ability.
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly responds to customer complaints.
• Refer issues and questions to supervisors/Team leaders/managers
• Qualifications: Graduated freshers/ Undergraduates can apply/10+2/ 10+3
• Excellent and fluent communication skills in English
• 0 to any experience in customer support
• Age Criteria: 1+ to 31
• Additional Information:
• Domestic/ International Voice & Semi voice Process
• Fixed Shift timings
• 5/6 days working (Rotational or fixed shifts)
• Salary (17k to 30k- Depends on Process, Education and Performance in Interview)
