Job Description
Job Title : Admin Executive
Qualification : B.Com/M.Com with minimum 2 to 3 years experience as Admin Executive in Nursing College/Pharmacy College. ACTIVE and FRESHER can be considered.
Job Description:
1.Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the college by managing office operations, maintaining files and records, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient workflow within the administrative department.
2.Facility Management: You will oversee the maintenance and management of the college's facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, offices, and common areas. This involves coordinating repairs, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
3.Event Coordination: You may be responsible for organizing and coordinating various events and programs in the college, such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and student activities. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.
4.Student Support: You will assist students with administrative matters, such as admissions, enrollment, course registration, and academic records. You may also provide guidance and support to students regarding college policies, procedures, and resources.
5.Communication and Correspondence: You will handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the college, including responding to inquiries, drafting and distributing official letters, memos, and announcements. You may also manage the college's official email accounts and maintain communication channels with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
6.Budgeting and Procurement: You may be involved in budget planning and monitoring for the administrative department, including managing expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Additionally, you may handle procurement activities, such as sourcing and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and services.
7.Record Keeping and Documentation: You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities, such as attendance records, personnel files, financial documents, and official reports. This may also involve managing databases, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
8.Policies and Compliance: You will assist in implementing and enforcing college policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. This includes staying updated on industry standards and legal requirements, and communicating changes or updates to the college community.
+.Team Coordination: You may work closely with other administrative staff members, faculty, and department heads to coordinate administrative tasks, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration within the college.
10.Miscellaneous Tasks: Depending on the specific needs of the college, you may be assigned additional responsibilities, such as supporting faculty recruitment processes, assisting with accreditation and licensing requirements, coordinating transportation services, or managing student housing facilities.
