About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients

2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions

3. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity

4. Stay well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers

5. Maintain good customer relations

6. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets

7. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data

8. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries

4. Must have strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills

5. Must have excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the Hindi & English language

Additional Information
