Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent/Chat/Email,

• Should have good communication Skills
• Good Knowledge in handling inbound and outbound calls/chat/SMS
• Should have Good customer handling qualities
• Good understanding of resolving issues, raising tickets
• Should be open to work in Rotational Shift.
• Inbound calling process. Generating revenue from calls, online inquiries & convert into sales for flights, car rentals, package booking etc. B2C Process
• Knowledge of destinations, fare check, alternate flights, exchange flights, date changes, refunds and cancellation of existing booking.
• Experience in handling airlines calls, flight bookings (US, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe market)
• Must possess excellent selling & negotiation skills
• Meet monthly revenue generation targets

Salary: INR+,675.53 – INR25,238.67 per month

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
