Responsibilities: Tele-calling

• Evaluate a client’s needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets
• Calling, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value.
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders using Online facilities.
• Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes
• Develop relationships with clients, builders and brokers to increase performance
• Experience in sales will be preferred.
