Indian multinational financial company PolicyBazaar is hiring Customer Service Consultant – Outbound Telecaller jobs in Calangute Goa, Great opportunity to work from home for customer support and sales over Voice call and email.
Post Name: Associate Service Consultant
Department: Out-bond Sales and Service
Salary: Upto 3.00 LPA
Post: Work From Home – WFH (Interested candidate may apply from Calangute Goa)
Responsibilities as Service Consultant Job in Calangute:
• Providing customer support over the phone or an Email from Calangute area.
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
• Answer queries about products or the company as per customer requirements.
• Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically – Monthly or Quarterly.
• Respond or replay answers in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
