Job Title: Telecaller

Angela Holidays, a leading provider of tour packages and ticketing services in Kochi, Kerala for over 16 years, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Telecaller.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

1. Diploma or equivalent

2. Knowledge of the tourism industry

3. Customer service skills

4. Communication skills

5. Organizational and planning skills

6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills

7. English Language proficiency

8 . Basic Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
