Handling recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.

Creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms to attract talented candidates.

Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference.

The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

Overall responsibility for payroll processing.

Ensuring timelines are met for statutory compliance.

Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns, PF payment, PT payment, Esic Payment.

Responsible for MIS.
