Job Description: Maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations in assistance with the monthly, quarterly, and year end close process Performing monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations Prepare and Post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals and other journal entries Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills Able to efficiently work with tight deadlines Provide additional support and ad-hoc reports to Accounting Manager or Accounting Team Lead as needed Job Requirements: 3+ years of professional accounting experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Organized, accurate, and good attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Intermediate written and verbal communication in English NetSuite and SAP experience highly desirable
