• Customer Service Voice Process + Upselling

- Hiring for Assistant Manager [Deputy Manager]
- Graduates only can apply (Any except BSC IT, MBA/CA/Dr.)
- Need minimum 6 months to 2 years of BPO customer service experience.
- Candidates with excellent comms (B2+) with basic computer knowledge needed.

> Key requirement
1) To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the
queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
2) To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call.

- Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 247 , Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any + hours)
- 6 Days working,1 rotational off for first 3 months then 5 days working, 2 RO
- Salary : Up to 35,000 CTC
- Age - Up to 2+ years
- No transportation facility.
- Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur) , Airoli to Seawoods.
• No western line
- Rounds of Interview : HR, TL, Team Manager round.

1st Party Collection
US based Credit Card Collection process.
Shift Time - 5.30 pm to next 10.30 am between any + hrs
Week Off - 5 days working 2 days’ week off (Rotational)
6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
Education – HSC/Graduate Fresher.
Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
Salary – 17 to 30 k in hand
Age Criteria : Upto 35 Years.

• Salary- 21k gross (1+.7 in hand + 3600 shift allowance)
No PF deduction 1-6 months
