Job Description :
-Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
-Must have minimum 1 year Experience
-Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers.

-Testing/replicating the issues raised by clients

- Logging PMT tickets for a resolution from appropriate teams

-Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers
-Testing/replicating the issues raised by clients

-Installation of software / Hardware via remote.

-Giving training to the users via remote if required.

-Supporting merchants on software over Phone/Email.

-Giving remote support to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Day range:
• Monday to Friday

Shift:
• Night shift
• US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
