Client Servicing Executive |Advertising

Role:

The most important task of this role is to interact with client on regular basis. Client service executive has to keep proper coordination between client and internal departments of company. Candidate’s responsibility is to create a positive on boarding experience for a client within the limits of the company policies.

Work Activities:

1. Interact with client on regular basis through phone, emails or meetings and understand his requirement.

2. To respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner.

3. Do Ideation meetings with internal team and client to provide best possible options.

4. Implement innovative ways to keep the client engage with company and provide value for money experience to them.

5. Cultivate a solid relationship with client by creating an exceptional communication and providing a prompt service.

6. Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

7. Maintaining proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with company.

8. Keep the higher management updated and give presentation when needed.

Work conditions:

The role is office based and has regular working hours as per company policy. This role requires travelling within or outside Mumbai for client meetings on working days. It can also involve long hours of working during crunch times.

Qualification required:

Graduate from any discipline

Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and communications or Media will be an add-on.

2-6 years of experience in client servicing role in Advertising field.

2. Energy and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.

3. An urge to think out of the box and eagerness to learn new things.

3. Ability to work as a team member.

4. Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.

5. Strong analytical skills and updated knowledge of field.

Years of experience:

Around 4 years of experience in client servicing and management
