Taking care of statutory needs. professional tax preparation and followup. handling employee grievances. handling exit process. exit interview. Management representative of handling all ISO audits and maintaining all the certificate and renewals, Admin support and also maintaining all contract labours issues and the contractor bill checking and attendance checking, canteen and food maintenance and ordering, supervising all house keeping staff and security staff. and extending certain support to sales with the tenders and bids and doing the follow-up with marketing.sending quotes to the clients in discussion with MD. coordinating and giving clerical support to all department. Garden maintenance. any other works given by the management.
