Junior LinkedIn Marketing Executive | Urgent Requirement

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior LinkedIn Marketing Executive to join our team who will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and algorithms.

Skills Required:

Proficient communication skills in English
Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Ability to generate leads through effective communication
Some Experience in using Sales Navigator
Ability to develop a strategic approach for brand development through LinkedIn marketing
Proficient in reviewing content based on industry concepts
Demonstrated ability to achieve noticeable growth for both the LinkedIn profile and page on a monthly basis
Experience with LinkedIn ads will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:

Optimize the LinkedIn profile and page to accurately reflect the brand's messaging, positioning, and values
Engage with LinkedIn connections and page followers by reacting and commenting on their posts, responding to comments and personalized messages
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to expand the network and increase brand visibility
Monitor key metrics and performance indicators using LinkedIn analytics tools
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Identify relevant LinkedIn groups, join and participate in conversations, share valuable insights, and establish the brand as a trusted authority in the industry
Utilize advanced search and lead generation tools on LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential prospects
Nurture leads through personalized messaging and follow-up, guiding them through the sales funnel
Develop a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives
Create a content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
