Job Invitation! We are hiring IT and Software Telecaller for our company. Candidate should have knowledge and Exp in IT sector and Digital Software Product

IT Telecaller, we will provide you training, related to our company.

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the IT Software product or service provided by our company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

you have to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services.

you have to also generate leads for outside sales teams, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities-

Answering phones and explaining the IT product and services offered by our company.

Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.

Obtaining clients information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

Taking and processing IT Software product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis in your spread sheet/Excel sheet given by the company.

Suggesting solutions based on clients needs and requirements.

Assisting in resolving clients complaints/disputes.

Providing A to Z information to clients.

Closing sales deals.

Keeping a record of calls and relevant details/Updating clients details.

Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.

Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.

Answering any technical questions the client might have

Candidates have to solve the issue through Voice.

Day to day order fulfillment, tracking and customer care follow-up.

Requirements-

1. Should be Graduation completed.

2. 2 year experience in IT sector as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer in IT sector/professional certification sales and digital marketing will be an advantage.

3. Proper Knowledge about software, Angular, Native Android app, iOS app, Python, Website developement, Application Developments

and WordPress, Bootstrap, HTML, JS, CSS other.

4. The Candidate needs to be fluent in English & computer Literate

5.Works well independently and is good at time management.

6.Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

7.Outstanding problem-solving skills.

8. Comfortable with lead generation..

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
