Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for various financial tasks, including billing, balance sheet preparation, data management, and financial statement analysis. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations
• Compile and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Perform regular data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and facilitate external audits
• Stay updated with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Reporting Structure:

The Accountant will report to the Director and collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams. This position does not involve direct supervision of other employees.

Location- Nawada

Working days- Monday- Saturday.
