Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing prompt and value-added inquiry services and solutions for JP Morgan internal and external clients
Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests relating to their accounts.
Undertake change management/maintenance of requests for existing records, where required.
Take ownership in pending cases by following up closely and providing proactive updates to clients
Participating in various projects as assigned and partnering with relevant teams to ensure the agenda is clearly understood to facilitate its delivery
Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times while meeting client needs
Continuously improve product and service quality, enhance process controls, and ensure data quality.
Linking analyst Equity Models to sector specific financial Uploader sheet
Financial modelling and knowledge about different valuation methodology (DCF/SOTP) would be an added advantage
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong teamwork ethic
Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently across different businesses and functional area
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple senior stakeholders
