Maintain optimal stock levels, Inform the purchase department in advance.

Review physical inventories periodically, maintain stock& consumption records

Check incoming materials for quality, quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips etc

Monitor the general operations related to shipment and taking deliveries, stock checking, inventory storage.

Handle issues related to machine & material and make reports for submission to corporate office.

Coordinate the vehicles arrangement , and performing documentation of outgoing and incoming vehicles.

Check all the available stock and empty bags on factory.

Handle the compliance requirements in stacking, moving and arranging items on pallets according to storage plan and carry out measures to shortfalls.

Monitor the recording diesel inward for the consumption of machine.

Handle the machine and material issues and submit the report.

Check the Inward & outward material and system entry & then original bill submitted to corporate office.

Required Candidate profile

Keeps and updates records of good received and issued
Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
maintain challans

Degree :Any Diploma /Any Degree (Minimum 1 year to 15 Years of experience in Construction Civil Industry)
