Telecaller

Getting appointments and meetings with corporates and clients. Work on reference building for more revenue generation.
• Tele caller needs to outcall to customers and take feedback on call
• Working on data to cultivate leads as well as call existing customer base. Work from office
• Communicate with current and prospective customers using a variety of computer and telecommunications technology/software to give information and answer questions
• Enter data into the computer database system.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems
• Most importantly, a telemarketer needs to follow up with the customer on what they had discussed in the last phone call.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
