❖ ROLES AND RESPONSLIBILTIES :

You’ll be responsible to work on hiring for multiple

roles at one go - both internally for Gratitude and to

place candidates on clients projects.

Strong expertise in closing out on roles with a very

short TAT and minimal supervision.

Ability to come up with Job Description and

developing a roadmap for the roles based on the

Requirements.

Experience in identifying and sourcing the right

profiles for each job role.

Specialised expertise on posting jobs on relevant job

portals.

Should possess impeccable integrity and ethics.
