Job Role: Customer Support Voice Process
Job Location : Kolkata (Candidate should reside in Kolkata)

Job Role and Responsibility:
• Communicating & Solving the Customer queries / requests /complaints.
• 5 days working (rotational 2 days week off)
• Shift : Night rotational shifts (US process)

Requirements
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate / Fresher / Experienced can Apply
• Willingness to work in voice process.
• Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
• Comfortable to work in night shifts.
• Candidates should have PC / Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
