Qualification:

Graduates in any field Languages known: English + Hindi/ Malayalam /Marathi/Gujarathi/Tamil Experience Required: Freshers - 1+ years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Superior product knowledge.

A team player with leadership skills.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication Self-motivated Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi , south regional skills added advantage.

Excel Knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
