About The Internship

We are looking for a fresher, dedicated, sales-focused intern to join our team as a Telecaller/Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing or potential clients, providing information about Studio Seven services, and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Make outbound calls to customers to promote our services
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication
• Stay updated on service knowledge, features, and industry trends to effectively address customer queries
• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients

Requirements
• Freshers who are seeking for the opportunity in media industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs in media industry services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
