SAP Treasury Cash and Bank

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Solution design, build, configuration, development, testing, data conversion, cutover, deployment of SAP Finance Cash & Bank solution across Maersk business units

• Work in an agile environment with business product owners, architects, SAP developers/engineers and scrum master in executing on prioritized backlog

• Ensuring on-time delivery of solution by removing bottlenecks using expertise skills
• High quality of solution delivery ensuring design is followed during build and support

• Compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap

• Hands on solution design and build/configuration of Finance products like financial accounting, treasury management, payment & bank communication, internal & external reporting

• Manage and follow product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers

• Work closely with product teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.

• Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable.

• Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.

• To be successful, you need to ensure deliverables match needs of stakeholders
• Ensure solution stays standard as much possible & promote reuse of existing functionalities

Who we are looking for:

You have:

• Experience working as SAP FICO functional engineer with hands on experience with SAP baseline FI modules (GL, AR, AP) and, more importantly, have experience in SAP's FI-Banking, Inhouse bank and Cash Management modules

• At least 5+ years' hands on experience in SAP Finance Bank & Cash as functional consultant/engineer

• Very strong understanding/knowledge of 'payment processes' (i.e. understand banking terminology - payment types, SWIFT channels, PSRs, etc.)

• Very strong understanding of payment processes in the P2P work-stream and the receipting/cash processes in the O2C work-stream

• As a baseline, has experience working in the FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR and has knowledge of the integration between MM, SD, CO, etc.

• Has extensive knowledge of SAP's Automatic Payment configuration and SAP's payment processes

• Has extensive experience in unit and integration testing of payment files internally and externally with a bank partner; Regression testing will be required; You must be able to manage go lives of new payment files

• Has experience working with SAP's Electronic Bank Statement configuration and understands bank statement processing and post processing in SAP

• Experience working with SAP's Bank Communication Management Module
• Experience writing functional specifications for WRICEFs

• Experience with SAP's check (cheque) functionality and processes; Cheque testing using dedicated cheque printer and with the banking partner

• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements.

• Experience in working with finance business process owners in understanding business requirement, analysis, proto typing of solutions, configuration and design

• Experience with S4HANA implementation

• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models

• Good problem solving, analytical & communication skills. Ability to work in demanding situations

• Professional or PG Degree in Finance& Accounting related discipline

• Certification in SAP FI/CO is preferred
• Collaborative mindset across business functions

• Flexibility to work on different time-zones

• Prior experience of working for shipping and logistics industry is advantage
