Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is building out its online presence through its website, job listing platform, online forms, insight articles and reports. Our stakeholders are senior candidates and clients including CEOs and Chief HR Officers.


Key Responsibilities:

This role is Front-end developer who can modernize the look and field of our online properties
modernize the look and user experience of all the above online properties.
Develop, analyze, and improve new strategies and procedures to make an efficient organization.
Company's Website Main page: Modernize the User interface design of website .
Company Reports & Insights page
Web forms: Client and candidate forms .
ATS UI modernization.
Mobile app template for ATS .

Educational Qualifications And Experience:

2-3 Experience in building websites through responsive web design
HTML5 / CSS
Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript Framework 7, Some knowledge of C programming language
Experience in developing mobile app UI/UX would be strongly preferred.
A tech degree in web user design (BE, MCA) would be necessary.
Willingness to work hard and learn from seniors in the team.
