• Handling inbound calls & outbound calls

Required candidate with the skills to match with Team Leader should have knowledge of collection and recovery good knowledge of Excel KPO and BPO call centre experience required we require team leader who can handle a team of atleast 20 people good written skills of mails to client should send report on daily basis quality and KPI should known
