General Manager| Pre|Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Engagement Manager  Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project.
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
• Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
• Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
• Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager
• Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer  Participate in internal projects as required.
• Architect, Design, Development & Implementation of framework and best practices, in the industry. Effective and careful benchmarking in business practices, from a competition perspective.
• Interact / partner with the business development and pre-sales team for understanding the requirements and suggest solutions for addressing the same.  Should be proactive and enhance solutions by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement, optimization or refactoring.
• Constantly Investigate new and emerging technologies and techniques, and research ongoing industry developments/trends in the space and make appropriate recommendations to the management for enhancements.
• Help build collaterals on various domain related areas – across telecom, banking & financial services
• Be the Lead respondent on proposals/RFP responses. Create innovative, scalable, sustainable & profitable solutions for RFP response. This involves working with cross functional teams such as Pricing, IT/IT applications, Legal, Operational teams,
