Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager for our HR & Administration department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This pivotal role requires a skilled professional who can develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives. The Manager - HR & Administration will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the organization's goals and industry best practices.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Create and maintain effective employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
Develop and manage performance management systems, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
Advise management on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct regular training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and professional growth.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication to employees about available benefits.

Administrative Operations:Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to support smooth operations.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support to enhance their performance and productivity.
Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and ensure cross-functional efficiency.
Handle vendor management, negotiation, and procurement of services and supplies.
Implement and maintain security, safety, and health standards in the workplace.

Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR activities, such as employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare and submit regular HR and administrative reports to senior management.

Employee Engagement and Culture:Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Act as a mediator in employee relations matters and proactively address employee concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 2-5 years in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in administering HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
