Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic software development team. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining innovative software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. Your primary focus will be on creating robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet our clients' needs and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js) to ensure responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Utilize SQL and database technologies to design and optimize data storage solutions.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high quality and reliable software.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team productivity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and technologies, and apply them appropriately in projects.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js will be an advantage.
Proficiency in database design, SQL, and experience working with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory but desirable):
Experience in mobile app development using Xamarin or native Android/iOS technologies.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Understanding of DevOps principles and automated deployment processes.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing secure coding techniques.
Candidates Residing in Mumbai will be preferred.
Work Location: - Hybrid Model 3 Days from Client Site (Worli) and other days from Crest Office Vashi

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
