Team Leader for Telecom Process in International Call Center

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our international call center in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team of customer service representatives and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of customer service representatives in a telecom process Set performance goals and objectives for the team Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner Generate reports on team performance and present to management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field At least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team of customer service representatives in a telecom process Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of call center operations and best practices Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and call center software If you are passionate about leading a team in a dynamic and challenging environment and possess the above skills and qualifications, then we would love to hear from you.
