National Sales Manager

A Molecular Diagnostics company based at Hyderabad are the manufacturers of Molecular Diagnostics products, POC machines, Oligos and with a vibrant R&D team many more products are in pipeline. We are looking for an enthusiastic, go getter, self-motivated person who can lead the team from the front as a National Sales Manager
• Never-less understood that candidate should have in-depth working experience in Molecular Diagnostic/Bio-technology market,
• Identify the potential markets for new innovative products,
• Develop and build the existing market share of the current portfolio of products, create effective sales strategies for achieving the targets, Micro Management of the sales activities, Distributors Management, forecasting and monitoring, string deadlines commitment are essentials required for this position.
• Need to align with all the supporting departments to achieve the numbers.
• Need to gel with Technical Customer support team to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience
• Experience in Molecular Diagnostics sales with 10 to 12 years will do. An MBA from Premium institute will be added advantage, should have a proven track record, Quick jumpers of short-term workings are not required to apply, as this position is looking for long term commitment.
