Job Description: Area Sales Manager

Will oversee all aspects of sale for specified area.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all sales aspects within specified area.
• Coordination and management of other team members.
• Reporting to head office, on a specified basis.

Educational Requirements: MSc /BSc (agriculture).

Experience: 5 or more years

Competencies
• Have handled a team of 10+
• Field development (should have worked progressively for field development activities, generating demands at base level).
• Should have adequate knowledge about Organic Fertilizers pesticides.
• Should have adequate knowledge about Channel development (dealer / distributor Model should have appointed/managed distributors/dealers in each of the aforementioned states).
• Adequately equipped with computer skills (Presentation, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc) budgeting, sales plan and other necessary documents.
• Updated with latest trends in fertilizer market.
• Should have adequately knowledge about impact assessment of fertilizer usage.
• Preferably worked with Govt. Organisations.
• Should have decent experience of logistics, warehouse, and operations.
• Should be adept in creating own team.

Benefits and Compensation:7-8 Lakhs PA

AREAS REQUIRED Jaipur, Hissar, Jodhpur, Himachal Pradesh (Candidates required for each zones individually)
